We are 300bb deep vs. the min raiser. I like the 3bet but a call is fine as well as we will get 3 way with mass implied odds against PFR, meh OOP I like call although depends a bit on limper.

C-bet is necessary, although we do not love getting it in, they cannot have hit the board too hard here, unless they have KK** in which case we still have 6 outs or so. We do not like life if Shindziy raises though. In terms of sizing, 2/3 is good.

When facing the raise, I think I prefer just folding now, however peeling to see a turn is okay, it’s just not fun as we do not know what good turns are for us IF we are ahead.

Good turn for us, and is unlikely to have changed the hand, if we were ahead we got further ahead. Facing the bet though, I think we can safely fold, we are not getting great odds, and have no FE.

I think K*** typically just calls flop, so more reason to fold as this will weigh more towards sets, he may be bluffing but of course in PLO it is hard to bluff purely as you normally have some sort of equity still.
